Jay Radman

Jay Radman is the Pastor of Lord’s Community Church in East Liverpool, Ohio. A graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School in 1981 Jay served in the United States Navy in active duty for three years and reserves for two years as well as seven years in the Army National Guard reserve. Pastor Radman was licensed as a minister in 1996 and ordained in 2007. He has been pastor of The Lord’s Community Church for a little over four years. Prior to that he has ministered in jail ministry, spent time with youth as a youth leader at Abundant Life Fellowship in New Waterford, Ohio and worked with youth through Jesus the Key ministry. Pastor Radman has had the privilege to share his personal testimony with Crossing Paths Ministries, in churches and schools. His life has been a testimony of how good God is and no matter where you are in life God can your night into day.

John Ryser

After serving for 17 years as a Superintendant in the Friends Church, John Ryser was called to serve Damascus Friends Church. It was in this church that John met Christ and now rarely does a week go by that someone does not commit their life to Christ.

John has pastored Damascus Friends for over 5 years. Under his leadership the church has grown remarkably.

Everett A. Whiteside

Everett A. Whiteside is a native of Cleveland, Ohio. He is the Founder and Overseer of Higher Praise Covenant Church (Warren, Ohio) a multi-cultural ministry known for its prophetic worship and passion to equip and release the saints for the work of the ministry.

Apostle Whiteside has traveled abroad serving the Body of Christ throughout the US, Africa, Central America and Europe. His unique insight and presentation of the Gospel of the Kingdom will both encourage and challenge your walk with Christ.

Apostle Whiteside serves several councils providing leadership through relationship to Body of Christ in the US an abroad. He is the first African American president of the Evangelical Ministers Fellowship (Trumbull County), and organization designed to provide pastors with relationships and support on the a local level.

He and Cassandra his bride of 23 years established “IT TAKES II” (IT2) a ministry developed to strengthen and encourage strong healthy marriages in the Body of Christ. They are proud parents of three wonderful children, Timothy, Bri’on and Elijah.
